What are Authorised Persons / Authorised Contacts?

At SecureAX, our Information Security Policy and Privacy Policy help us safeguard your personal & company data with us. Only Authorised Persons or Authorised Contacts may gain full or partial access to our system and data, depending on the permission level granted.

Here are the permission levels for Authorised Persons or Authorised Contacts, based on Email Address as the identifier:


1. Master Authorized Contact 
- This is the Account Owner, with information provided during initial service subscription to SecureAX 
- Only one (1) contact is allowed
- Granted Permissions:
i) Place new order
ii) Modify existing order
iii) Terminate any services with SecureAX
iv) Full access to all data within SecureAX
v) Nominate & revoke Secondary Authorised Contact
vi) Receive email notifications over invoice & payment matters
vii) Lodge support ticket for technical assistance


2. Secondary Authorised Contact
- This is nominated by Master Authorised Contact, normally for either Invoicing and Support Ticket access
- Only a maximum of two (2) contacts are allowed
- Granted Permissions:
i) Receive email notifications over invoice & payment matters
ii) Lodge support ticket for technical assistance
