This article shows you how you can obtain Incoming & Outgoing mail server settings, under our Cloud Portal. 

How to obtain Incoming & Outgoing mail server settings
  1. Login to our Cloud Portal
  2. Click on Connect Devices on the left hand menu

  3. You will now see the Incoming & Outgoing mail server settings, which can be used to configure your devices. You can also send the configuration instructions to your email user (to any mailboxes they are using now) or the configuration profile for iOS/macOS.
