As part of SecureAX's Privacy Policy, Information Security Policy & customer data protection effort, we require our customers to update their authorised personnel details with us to ensure that only this particular person is authorised with full access to handle all system, billing & support matters with SecureAX. If there is any changes in your company's job assignment or movement in human capital, please use this form to update your record with us.

Ideally, SecureAX Account Ownership should be held by the Managing Director / Executive Director / Business Owner, who can subsequently write in to SecureAX via our ticket system to authorise any key personnel with a more restricted access.
