For Microsoft Office Outlook 2016/ 2013/ 2010
  1. Open Outlook
  2. Locate on the email message
  3. Click & Drag to your desktop
  4. Outlook will automatically save as .msg extension file
  5. Zip the spam email and send it over to our support team
