How to create Email Forwarders


Introduction
This article shows you how you can easily create Email Forwarders (also known as Aliases), under our Cloud Portal. For security reasons, only IT Managers or Authorised Persons representing your subscription with us can setup Email Forwarders.

How to create Email Forwarders / Aliases

  1. Login to our Cloud Portal
  2. Click on Forwarders on the left hand menu

  3. Click on the domain name you wish to manage

  4. Click on New Alias on the upper right hand corner

  5. You may now configure the Email Forwarder settings
    Alias Name:
    [This is where the forwarder email will be sent from]
    Display Name: [You can give this alias a name, it will not affect its functionality]
    Forward To: [This is where the forwarder email will be sent to. If you need to send to more than 1 mailbox, simply separate with comma (,)]
    Options: These are the additional configurations you can determine for this particular Email Alias

  6. Click Save Changes to complete the setup.
  7. If you are unable to Add Forwarder, please check if your Email Forwarder complies with our Email Forwarding Policy.
