Email Subject begins with [Spam-pop3]

If you receive such email with the subject line begins with [Spam-pop3], this is not rewrite by any of our anti-spam filtering system. Our anti-spam filtering system will reject the email back to sender if it detect any of the email has a high risk of spam.

The following possibility might result in this issue
1. 3rd party protection software such as anti-virus bundle with anti-spam.
2. Enterprise firewall edge appliance that might be rewriting the subject
3. Based on our past finding with our affected customer, this applies to Singapore customer who subscribe to SingTel Corporate Broadband Plan and you might want to approach SingTel to investigate this further
