Please refer to the steps below on how to set up your email account on your iPhone.
Locate the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap on Mail, Contacts, Calendars tab.
Tap on Add Account...
Tap on Other button
Under Mail section, tap on Add Mail Account
You can start off by entering your name, email address & password. You can also enter a description of the account which you can identify it easily. When you are done, you can tap Next
You can then pick IMAP (recommended) or POP3 (if you are sure what you are doing)
Input the following information when prompted - Incoming Mail Server Hostname: As provided by your company email administrator Username: Your full email address Password: your_secret_password (if you do not know, contact your company email administrator)
- Outgoing Mail Server Hostname: As provided by your company email administrator Username: Your full email address Password: your_secret_password (if you do not know, contact your company email administrator)
Once the email configuration has been completed, tap Next to continue. Please be patient as your phone will contact the server for verification and it might take up to 1 minute to complete.
You will be prompted to choose what information to sync with your Phone, tap Save to continue
Upon successful completion, you will be redirected to the Mail screen
