How to view email headers in SmarterMail

In the following articles, you will learn how to view email headers in SmarterMail

  1. Login to your webmail using your full email address & password

  2. On the left panel, click on the mail icon and select Inbox

  3. Click on the specific email that you wish to retrieve the email headers, on the right panel, click on View and select Header

  4. Copy & Paste it into any Text (or word page) then save it as a the txt or doc file
  5. Send the file over to us for future investigation
