In order to troubleshoot VPN issues, we might need to review the logs to further determine what is the problem you might be having thus it is necessary to send us the log as requested by our support team.
1. Right click on the OpenVPN logo in the task bar.
2. Navigate to the respective OpenVPN profile (if you have more than one)
3. Click on "View Log"
4. Copy all the log in a text file and send it to us.
