To obtain such details, please follow the steps below, then copy the complete header and paste into a textpad or wordpad file (e.g. sample_spam_header.txt, sample_spam_header.doc) and send it to our support team for further assistance.
For Mozilla Thunderbird- Open Thunderbird
- Double-click
on the email message.
- Click on "View" and select "Message Source"
- Right-click inside the headers and choose Select All, then right-click again and choose Copy.
- Paste it into any Text (or word page) then save it as a the txt or doc file
- Close the Message Options window.
